You must be18 years old or older to sign this document. The cost of shipping, the kennel crate and health certificate is extra, and the responsibility of the purchaser. We guarantee our puppies for ONE year for hip and elbow dysphasia and eye entropla. If you have a problem, we require a copy of a vet exam and explanation sheet. We also have the option of a second opinion. We will replace the pup from a different litter if you find the pup/dog to have any of the problems mentioned above. This contract is to the original purchaser only and non-transferable.

We do not give refunds at all, and we do not pay your vet bill under any circumstances. If you believe your dog is sick within the first 48 hours and you return the puppy to us, we will return the puppy to you well or replace the puppy. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. The U.S.D.A. requires all puppies be at least eight weeks old before shipping. If balance is not paid in full when the puppy reaches eight weeks old, all deposits will be forfeited and all sales null and void.

We will furnish a copy of the sire and dams registration papers along with the registration paper for the puppy. We will also furnish a complete shot record and medication sheet for any medicine or shots given to your puppy. We are not responsible for any person or animal bitten or hurt by the animals we sell. The training and behavior of animals after we sell and transfer ownership, is the responsibility of the new owner.

The ADO~BEG AMERICAN BULLDOG’S doesn’t sell, train, buy or breed dogs for any illegal purposes. We want update on all our puppies & dogs when they are going out to the buyer. We will like to see Pictures of the pup as it grows up. If the pup/dog is breed within the contract period it will void any and all of the contract agreements. These dogs are not very good in extreme heat the pup/dog should have shade and water at all times breeder is not responsible if the pup/dog dies from a heat stroke.

Price of Ado~Beg American Bulldog’s puppies are as AGREED with purchaser.

1) It is understood that the OWNER of the STUD is not obligated to sign the application for registration of this litter until the stud fee has been paid for in full, or the pick puppy or puppies have been received. 2) The "Stud Owner" guarantees that the stud is potent, and that a mating was achieved on the above dates.

3) (2) Puppies constitutes a litter. A repeat breeding will be granted back to the stud dog if, for any reason, less than (2) puppies survive at two days of age, 48 hours. WE MAY allow a different female if this female becomes unbreedable. There will be NO refund of cash. Initial here: __________

4) The OWNER of the BITCH is responsible for any and all veterinary and financial arrangements, including, but not limited to, traveling expenses, emergency vet care, and etc. Initial here: __________
